Nova Media Releases PC Suite Equivalet for Mac Users
by Darla Mack
Ok I'm not pro when it comes to Mac's, but I'm putting it out there for all of you Mac users. Hanging around the Nokia Devices Vox Blog lead me to this, but I'm not for certain is this was what Om Malik had talked about the other day.
Nova Media has releaved a PC Suite equivelent for Mac users. Fone Link, which costs $60.00 $34.00 allows Mac and Nokia users to:
- Transfer & convert your music, photos, videos and more to and from your mobile phone
- Backup and restore your data.
- Sync your contacts and calendar, both ways
- Browse your entire phone & memory card
- Create smart folders for easy drag and & drop of file types (amazing!!!)
- View and edit internet book marks and notes
- View SMS messages on your mobile and store them to your computer
- Create ringtones
- And the list goes on and on

Also available on the Vox blog is an iSync Plugin script for the Nokia 6126 for those interested.
Thanks Chanse!

hi guys,
do i get something wrong here? i'm a mac user toom, and just got my new e61i. since isync doesn't know this model out of the box (yet) i needed a plugin: i got it for 7 euro here: http://www.mactomster.de/2006/11/25/isync-plugin-fur-series40-3rd/
i've been using it for 2 days now, syncing over 2000 addresses and a really busy calendar. everything works just fine...
note: the website is german, but you can translate it with google. the isync plugins come with english manual too.

Thanks for showing some mac love D. I was elated to find that my E62 synced better and easier than my old treo with iSync. Discoverable was on, iSync added the device, i entered the pin and was off to the races with one click. all my address book ( which i merge with my gmail contacts as well as my thunderbird contacts and treo contacts with #s) and all my iCal (which was really my old treo calendar) contacts dumped in with one click. if its bluwtooth check with iSync!
