Its rumored that June 1st T-Mobile will put that #txt# (#898#) code into effect. I personally think they should have done it sooner when they started releasing all of these different Text Message add-ons that they have.
Why they didn't use #767# for sms I have no idea, but at least there will now be a cool tool to check your message balance.
