I had a chat with Anil Dash the other day and the layout of my blogs. I actually like this layout with both of my sidebars on the right. Unfortunately, I'm not talented enough to figure out how to do this on an advanced template and have to figure out how to add my banner back... but it looks much cooler this way I think.
