Open At Your Own Risk... Terminated?
by Darla
It was my understanding that today was the day to find out exactly what the "Open At Your Own Risk" campaign was all about... but surprisingly the url opened up a not so friendly notice of some sort.
Ok, um... so what's this really all about?

I'm as befuddled as you! I was hoping you knew what this was all about. This site better do more than this, or I'm tripping! It's almost anticlimactic how it created buzz to absolutely nothing newsworthy or exciting for users and fanboys. I feel we've been getting dashed in the face by watching other companies surpass Nokia in the hardware spec sheet recently. They could've used this to really rebuild user morale and generate sales inquiries, but...
Sincerely,

P.S. Hey, Dallas-Fort Worth Symbian community!

You read the part about "accused of intend to publish contend driving people insane" and the part where it states "failure to remove will result in immediate incarceration" ???
It's starting to get funny :-)

Interesting. It seems to be another teaser, as there's no way there'd be a court case over publishing material aimed at making people insane. Then again, you Americans do sue over anything. I've seen Ally McBeal so I know. Hope there's a good pay off at the end of all this. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello
the buzz continue !
in code source page , you can find the text of the clip :
""Hundreds of years ago, scientists, artists and members of Royal families gathered to produce a clip of grand weirdness. A clip stranger and more amazing than anything that had ever been made before. But the clip turned out too weird! People went mad from seeing it and it was too much for the common man to handle. Thus the clip was locked away, in a mysterious box with four seals. The knowledge of how to break the seals has been passed down from one generation to another, hidden within the technological masterpieces of history. Edison’s light bulb, the Wright Brothers’ airplane and Apollo 11 all held the secret of unlocking the box. A secret that can now be found within Nokia Download service, allowing the public – you, to find the key to break the seals. And see...the weirdest clip. Ever made...">

The only new thing on UK Download is some Omar Sharif game. If it's that I'll eat my phone.
