Shozu Supporting Share on Ovi
by Matthew
Until recently the only way to post to Share on Ovi using the popular application Shozu was by using the email option, no more! As far as I know this also makes Shozu one of the first 3rd party applications to make use of the Share on Ovi's API. To setup Share on Ovi in Shozu, login as normal and choose add site. Share on Ovi will be in the list among the many other supported options. Enter your Share on Ovi credentials and select where your media should be uploaded. I particularly like Shozu over Online Sharing because it supports so many uploading options, better yet the CC option gives users the option to upload once and distribute to many locations if desired. I have my Shozu upload Flickr and then CC Share on Ovi as an example. The downside to Shozu is the 10MB upload limit. Despite this limitation I still find Shozu far more versatile and useful. By the by Shozu works great on the new N95-3 firmware.

I cant seem to find ovi on a fresh install of shozu. I hope its not region specific like the share online app. Unlike share online, I dont think there's a config file floating around;)

Ovi cannot be added from the mobile app. Its only available on the website. No wonder.

This is great. I recently signed up to ShoZu, and was surprised there was no support for OVI, but now there is, thats just perfect.! Its now my CC site.

I Couldn't use Shozu via WAP, i uninstalled it. ShareOnLine did not work... What am I supposed to do? First it says Error 404, then 408, then "check username and password" :(

@squeeze Sorry but if neither Shozu or ShareOnline work I'd wager your carrier it blocking these sites or the ports. Some carriers require different data plans to access some sites or services.
