Mail for Exchange NOW Available for the N73 and N95 - Really this time

by Darla

Recently, Mail for Exchange was made available via the Download! folder of the Nokia N73 and N95's.  Like the rest of you once we tried to install it those devices weren't in the list to download.

E-Series.org reports that it is now available and is the newest version.  However, once I refreshed my content list the MFE icon disappeared.  Fortunately, it can also be downloaded from the website.  If you try and select Cingular it won't show it as being available, but it is available for T-Mobile (this applies to the Americas).

Darla, the irony for me is that now Mail for Exchange is available for the N95, I just left my employer where my work e-mail was on Exchange, so I don't need it anymore. DOH! :)

Have installed this onto my N95 and works a treat. My N95 is really starting to become an all in one device. Only question now is what Micro SDHC to buy? 4, 6 or 8GB?

I can happily report that it works great on my N95 and merges nicely with the interface. Does not offer all of the options of roadsync, multiple folders etc, but works for what I need it calendars, contacts, and mail.

Would be nice to have a shortcut to it in the standby screen, but sure it will come soon. I'm starting to like the iphone as it seems to be forcing Nokia to get with it.

I tried it and carefully configured it to sync with my Exchange account, keeping items *on the phone* for the first sync and treating the phone as 'master' in case of any conflict. What happened? All my contacts got doubled-up and all my calendar appointments got deleted.

** sigh **

glad this finally arrived. RoadSync always gave me memory problems when playing back videos on my N95. installed M4E on N73 and N95 it works. now where is that firmware update with all the other goodies?

Thanks Nokia!!!

Darla,

V2.0 now available from Nokia. Syncs tasks as well now!

Nice Feture..
Is there any way to place a shortcut directly to the MailBox?
