Interesting Stats on Who Will Buy the iPhone

By Darla

It's amazing how statistics are already appearing, for a device that no one has physically tested or played with.  I'm curious to know just how accurate these findings are.

We received a series of graphics from Solutions ResearchGroup showing the profile of people who are interested in buying the US$499 version of the Apple iPhone. The information comes from Digital Life America, SRG's independent syndicated trend study. The results are based on an online survey of American consumers in May 2007 (1,230).

Hey, a lot of those stats describe *me*. :) I should have this phone!!!

As the device isn't even out yet, all that these statistics really tell us is what kind of people are early adopters of Apple devices.
