Nokia To Open 2 Flagship Stores in London

by Darla

Store_newyork_pri_020807_2 Nokia is set to open 2 flagship stores in the UK soon.  Why do people keep calling them "Apple Style".  Nokia has their own style.... but anway, I know people have been awaiting a store location for awhile now.

The retail locations will be on London's Regent Street later this year and in Heathrow Terminal 5 when the new terminal is completed in 2008.

Nokia is currently recruiting retail managers with 'knowledge of the West End and Greater London retail landscape' to run the stores.

Nokia is planning on having 18 stores open globally.  The first Nokia Flagship Store opened in Moscow in December 2005. The Nokia Flagship Store that opened in Chicago in June 2006 was the first one in the United States.

I wonder if the Heathrow shop will be on the gate side of security, meaning possible duty free purchases!
