Nokia Purchases Apple's iPhone Trademark
by Darla
GadgetsTown reports that Nokia today purchased Apple's iPhone brand.
The transaction cost Nokia 1.5 billion dollars and in return they own exclusive rights to Apples iPhone TradeMark.
Almost all characteristics of phone will remain as announced:
Multi-touch System, Intelligent Keyboard, Wireless, Built-in Advanced Sensors, but Nokia developers have made a decision to switch OS from OS X to more Nokia native Symbian 9.1 OS.
Sales of new Nokia nPhone are expected autumn of 2007 in US and in the beginning of 2008 in Europe and Asia.
And on that note...
Hope everyone had a safe April Fools Day!!!!

BOOOOOOOO!
Probably the least clever and most apparent April fools in history. I doubt anyone had to get passed the title to figure that one out. I'm not even clicking on the link.
Pretty jive, pretty jive.
How about an N95 review already? Jeez...

I second that. Very predictable (though mildly amusing) and give us some N95 info! If I had been given the phone, I would have posted daily on different aspects and done a full round-up by now! I appreciate you have a life but it is your duty as a blogger! :)

Seriously though... I check your blog several times everyday, hoping for your insights on the N95- are you working on a review for us readers or not? :P
I know it's not exactly your "duty as a blogger" like 'jive' said- but we're dying for your thoughts on the final production model!
