Nokia BH-501 - The Perfect N91 Companion

When you listen to music you want to lean back, relax and be comfortable. You want to just close your eyes and feel the music. Looking at this headset I can tell that the comfort level will go hand and hand with the Nokia N91 and other compatible devices.
Let me start by saying this... I have funny ears. Lol, I can't stand earbuds. If I have to use them I will, but I'd rather not.

It WOULD be great for the N91 but nokia, in it's infinite wisdom chose NOT to to put A2DP compatibility in the N91 so the best you will get is fuzzy mono sound.
(I really wanted to like the N91, if it had A2DP I might have been swayed to pay full retail for it, but instead I think I'll wait till I get my carrier incentive rebate in 14 months. Maybe 3G will be out in my area by then.)

Does anyone know if the BH-501 is compatible with the Nokia E62? I have the E62 Canadian version and it has the 2.5mm connector. I have tested a variety of adapters and wired headsets (including Jabra) but still no compatibility. I'v resorted to thinking of going for a Bluetooth headset to listen my music on the E62 but even that is difficult to find... until the BH-501. But I cannot find any write-up on it being used on the E62. Greatly appreciate any input... Many thanks.

im planning to buy a bluetooth headphone for my Motorola M1000 phone and im really looking to buy the Motorola BT headphone which has a good review then came this offer for a bnew unit of Nokia BH-501, im tempted to switch brand to shed some bucks on their price difference
a review of any sort to shed some light on the 501's sound quality will be of tremendous help on my decision.
any users here of HB-501? just a comment of "great sounding" will make a difference on my search for answer

I have Nokia N91 4GB, i have already bought Nokia BH-501 bluetooth headset. Can anyone tell me whether it is compatible with this phone. And how to install.....

i just picked up the 501 headset in hong kong for approx 47 dollars. I hooked it up to my E90 phone and it was magic....synced no problem at all basically 1-2-3. can watch movies and sound clips and mp3 songs on it no problem. as for fitting the head... they are ok... get a bit uncomfortable after about an hour. was looking into the s9 by motorola due to earbuds being my fav... overall sounds great and i would give it about 8/10 in total.

These headphones make a decent set producing decent sound.. But they didn't last a month under normal usage. I didn't even abuse it in any way, no accidents, just normal usage. Bad buy.
Pros: Decent Sound
Cons: POOR Workmanship
POOR Service
Uncomfortable to use
Signal easily affected by physical barriers
No Music Player Controls
Weak microphone
Did I mention the poor workmanship?
