An Emergency Connection

by Darla

I was reading Charlie's blog post on subversive devices and thought hard about what he was talking about.  Usually when I do that my mind ends up going into a totally different direction, but I came up with something that could be somewhat interesting.

This could have also been brought on by the fact that I watch way too many episodes of CSI, Law and Order and all that other crime stuff.

Not to pose a scare, but picture this... you are in a situation where you can't get to your cel phone but it may be in range.  It would be cool to have a device that remained on your person such as a necklace (the Nokia Medallion necklace came to mind while I thought of this).  All you would have to do is press a button and your phone can automatically place a 911 call.

Lol I think I'm suffering from lack of sleep again.

There is such a device!

Check out SecureCom Technologies (I've seen this product - it works, and it's cool!)
