Series 60 - Making The Transition From Old to New

Tommi over at S60 has come up with a brilliant "showcase" as Steve Litchfield puts it.  Info like this is definately needed for those, including myself, who will be looking on upgrading from our early version s60 devices such as the 6630, 6680, 81 and 82 to the newer 3rd edition NSeries devices.  Here in the states people are awaiting the arrival of the N80 and then there are some that have the N70.

The transition from old device to new can be a bit hectic and frustrating at times.  Access Points not working, Email Settings messing up.  Tommi gives us an example of the built in tutorial which will provide help and assistance at the touch of a keypad.

I just switched over from 6630 to N70. No problem for me as my operator has a service that sends all your new settings to your phone and everything is done for you. I saw the tutorial icon, but never looked any further. You now men do not read manuals :-). If you cannot figure it out without the manual the thing (whatever it is) is not worth further use...
